Every MasteryForge Crafts product is a digital download. Nothing ships, and nothing needs to be sent back.

Try everything for 30 days. If you're not happy with your purchase — for any reason — email us within 30 days of your order and we refund every cent. No questions asked, no forms, no hoops.

How to get a refund

• Email support@masteryforgecrafts.com with your order number (it's in your confirmation email).
• That's it. We process the refund to your original payment method, usually within 2 business days of your email.
• Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Damaged, broken or missing files

If a download link doesn't work or a file arrives corrupted, contact us at support@masteryforgecrafts.com and we'll fix it or resend your files within 24 hours — and the 30-day guarantee still applies on top.

EU & UK customers

Statutory withdrawal rights for digital content may be waived at the moment the download begins; our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee is broader than that and applies to you in full regardless.
